DP World Tour Championship

DP World, a renowned shipping company of Dubai and sponsor of DP World Tour Championship Dubai, made a huge announcement about its 11th edition of the season’s ending in Dubai. This will mark the end of the European Tour and inaugurate EDGA Dubai Finale at Jumeirah Golf Estates. Talk about great news!

The event took place from 21st to 24th November and starred the top 50 players on the European Tour Race to Dubai rankings. Not to forget that all these top 50 players will compete in one of the world’s top-class fields making it world’s most sought after event of November 2019.

EDGA Dubai Finale celebrity Lawlor took the first tee shot to mark the celebration of UAE’s year of tolerance which depicts how UAE is open to different cultures and values diversity in all fields. Mohammed Al Muallem (CEO and Managing Director of DP World) and His Excellency Sheikh Fahim Bin Sultan Al Qasimi (Chairman of the Emirates Golf Federation) were among the audience along with Dubai Heights Academy students and UAE’s boys 13 and Under National Golf Team.

The DP World Tour Championship powered and sponsored by Rolex Series will move side by side with EDGA Dubai Finale which is a 36-hole series.
